Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to the corporate customers.
- Monitor core network, International circuits, upstream traffic & Customers links.
- Acts as an escalation for clients and internal team.
Skills:
- A good knowledge of Internet, Data, Voice & ICT services and related services.
- Excellent communication skills, proven problem solving and analysis skills.
- Must be computer literate and technology oriented to talk at the right level with customers and other departments.
- Able to work on time shifting environment 24/7
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are encourage.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Information Technology
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is an advantage
