NOC Agent


  • Provides technical support to the corporate customers.
  • Monitor core network, International circuits, upstream traffic & Customers links.
  • Acts as an escalation for clients and internal team.


  • A good knowledge of Internet, Data, Voice & ICT services and related services. 
  • Excellent communication skills, proven problem solving and analysis skills. 
  • Must be computer literate and technology oriented to talk at the right level with customers and other departments.
  • Able to work on time shifting environment 24/7


  • Fresh graduates are encourage.
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering or Information Technology
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is an advantage
